Influence of Edge Radius on the Sharpness of Chemical Fiber Cutter Blades

Through a mathematical model and experimental verification, we investigate the relation ship between the sharpness of a chemical fiber blade cutter and the radius of the cutter's edge. The results show that cutter blade sharpness will decrease with an increased edge radius.
